If you often need to switch between different formatting styles—for example, a standard font for internal emails and a different one for client reports—you can save them as 'Quick Styles'. While composing an email, go to the Format Text tab. The 'Styles' pane shows several defaults. You can modify these or create your own by clicking the small arrow in the corner of the pane and selecting 'Create a Style'. Give it a name (e.g., "Client Report Font"), format it, and it will be available to apply with a single click in the future.
